This will be a long-distance training event for intermediate and advanced orienteers to practice their navigation skills. The training event will have a Mini-ROGAINE format, with a three-hour time limit.

Participation in this event is free. However, you’ll need to bring your own orienteering map of the area, at 1:10,000 scale. Note: If you need an orienteering map for the training course, you may purchase one for $5 (RMOC members) or $10 (non-members).

• This training event has a limit of 24 participants.
• Therefore, registration is open only to current RMOC members until 11:59pm on Sunday, November 4th.
• From November 5th until November 8th, registration is open to anyone.
• Registration will be closed once we reach the 24-participant limit.

Because of the limited participation numbers, please don’t register unless you’re certain you will attend. This event will take place rain or shine (or snow).
