If for any reason you are not happy with your entry and need to cancel it you can do one of two things.

• 1. Contact the event organiser and tell them you wish to cancel your entry. This will be up to the organiser as to whether they will grant you a full refund.
• 2. Contact oentries support and we will deal with the matter of contacting the organiser and arranging a refund of entry fees should the event organiser allow it.
